National Day is approaching. Our heritage is important. In Singapore, there are 4 main races. The Chinese, Malays, Indians, Peranakans and the Eurasians.
Ayam Brand, a heritage brand in Singapore since 1892, came together with Food Playground that is locaed at Craig Rd, to allow bloggers like me, a glimpse of preparing and appreciate local heritage foods.
The bloggers and I got to try our hand at making kueh dar dar, laksa and satay! It was an awesome time spending a lovely Saturday afternoon at Food Playground. Ayam Brand being a known heritage brand in Singapore, has made things so much easier by creating pastes like Laksa, Nyonya Curry, Red Curry, Green Curry and Rendang.
Simply Sedap is the word to use! I had so much fun, thanks to Ayam Brand and Food Playground.
