I, for one, think of a coach, who will be very harsh and hard on the person who he is coaching.
I imagine undergoing lots of pain and it is too torturous to think further....

I picked to undergo a session of TRX because simply it looked fun! TRX uses heavy-duty nylon webbings attached to wall brackets.
I had to use my own body weight to do the various exercises and boy, was I so tired but with gentle encouragement from my trainer, I was able to maintain my balance and build up my core stability and flexibility.
