It was announced that Singapore is the first market in Asia to broadcast the channel.

It is the second channel to be launched by RTL CBS Asia Entertainment Network which is a joint partnership between RTL Group, the leading European entertainment network and CBS Studios International, the leading supplier of programming to the international market place.
